Parents' Evening
Parents’ evenings are important events which enable you to discuss your child’s progress, share concerns, and take an active part in their education. Parents' evenings are held once a year for each year group. These evenings are held from 3.45-6.30pm and you can book an appointment to see each of your child’s teachers.
Additional information meetings are held at key points to inform parents about such issues as exam preparation and subject choice. The information meetings run from 5.30-7.00pm - see calendar below:

- Year 10 / 11 / 12 / 13 information meeting: Thursday 08 October 2026
- Year 12 / 13 Parents' evening: Thursday 03 December 2026

Booking appointments
To book your appointment, visit the link above. When signing in to the parents’ evening booking system you will need to enter the same parental information we hold on the school's management information system (see image below).
The parental information used is for the person(s) with “Priority 1 or 2”. This is usually the mother, father or both, depending upon what we have been told to allocate.
We also need your child’s information: First Name / Surname / Date of Birth
By entering an email address, you will receive a confirmation of the appointments.
Booking early will help to give more choice for staff and time slots. The booking system will normally close on the evening before the actual parents’ evening.
Should you wish to make any changes after the closing date or if you have difficulty accessing the system, please contact the school for assistance.
